No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital item has been delivered or accessed (including but not limited to Lightroom Presets, Online Courses, and Photo Packs), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

By purchasing any of our digital goods, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods.

• You gain immediate access to the product upon purchase.

• There is no way for us to "return" a digital product or verify it has been deleted after delivery.

Exceptions

We will, of course, honour replacements or corrections in the case of:

• Technical issues preventing access or download of the product.
