One to One Sessions

Ever since I picked up my first instrument at the age of 12, my life has been a journey deeply intertwined with music. This passion led me to pursue and graduate with a BA (Hons) in Popular Music from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, where I honed my skills and expanded my understanding of the musical landscape.

For the past 12 years, I've been dedicated to sharing my love for music as a teacher, working with students ranging from ages 7 to 80. My teaching experience is diverse, covering all abilities and settings, including whole class instruction, small groups, and personalized 1:1 sessions. I've also had the privilege of working with students with special needs, ensuring that music is accessible to everyone. Additionally, I have successfully run rock club programs, fostering a vibrant community of young musicians.

Beyond teaching, I am an active performer. For the last four years, I have been the guitarist and vocalist for a metal band, performing at prominent festivals and prestigious venues such as the O2 Sheffield. This dual role as an educator and performer keeps me deeply connected to the evolving world of music, allowing me to bring fresh, real-world experience into my teaching.
